Master Plan for the site located in the North-Eastern Administrative Okrug of Moscow surrounded by the Moscow Ring Road from the North; by residential development in Korneychuka street, Plescheeva street and Bibirevskaya street from the North-West; by Altufievskoe highway from the West; by Vysokovoltniy lane from the South-East; by Polyarniy lane and five divisions of the industrial area from the East and the North-East.
For this project RBTA developed a special prefabrication system permitting the generation of both an urban and architectural concept to build architectonically attractive housing, avoiding monotony and achieving variability in the prefabricated facades with dynamic compositions.
The program of this new-generation microrayon includes low-income housing, social facilities and car park area.
