The specific location, practically in the water, the relationship with the sky, ultimately the constant changes of light during the day, 365 days a year, are the reason we have planned this building of complex spatial geometry that is transformed into an articulation of two volumes. This simple composition is the 'landmark' which receives light
changing, which is read at different scales from far and near. The views from the interior, from the rooms, the horizon, the sea, or city, are different.
