Ricardo Bofill has characterised his work by revaluing the aesthetic function of each construction, by its relationship with the surrounding area and, in particular, by its relationship with the society in which it is immersed. The book is lavishly illustrated –some of the images have not been published before – and shows the projects and works done by this internationally-recognised architect: from urban design to the design of objects, passing through parks, public and administrative buildings, homes and skyscrapers.
