W Barcelona: Best Hotel Architecture in Europe. The iconic building has been acknowledged by the prestigious Villégiature Awards
The award reflects the W Hotel brand’s passion and commitment to design and architecture in each of its destinations around the world.
The Villégiature Awards ceremony took place in Paris yesterday, 18 October, and drew a wide representation from the tourism and hotel sector, as well as international media.
The jury for this year’s Prix Villégiature Awards included media professionals, hotel company executives and personalities from the worlds of art and architecture.
W Barcelona beat off the other four nominees in its category: Domaine de La Bretesche and Hôtel La Citadelle (France); Villa Kennedy (Germany); and Hôtel des Trois Couronnes (Switzerland).
