Located in a beautiful natural setting between the Rokko Mountains and Osaka bay, the city of Kobe has experienced an important growth on a thirty five kilometre long strip along the sea. RBTA’s proposal involves the site placed in the centre of this large extension of land, between the two developments of the two man-made islands, Port Island and Rokko Island.
