The first phase of PSN Group’S KMZ development is expected to be completed in December 2017

The new neighbourhood of KMZ is located on the eastern side of Moscow. The KMZ hectares-site is surrounded on the north by the Ryazanky highway, on the east by an industrial site, on the south by a green buffer area protecting from the railway axis,  and on the west by Karacharovskiy lane and a big urban park above the new metro line.

Extending over 4.7 hectares, the first phase of development provides 1630 apartments, retail and commercial space, public facilities, green area and two levels of underground car park.

At the north edge of the compound, a 146 m-high landmark residential tower marks the entrance to a rectangular plaza.

The perimeter of this plaza is enclosed by four 25-storey corner towers, two low-rise residential buildings on the north and south, and a one-storey commercial podium.

The scheme generates generous public areas, semi private gardens, and connections with the surrounding green areas. Special attention has been paid to create a sense of community.
